Services

Upgrades

We offer an upgrade service either using our own or customer supplied parts. If you are unsure about your requirements we are happy to discuss them with you and/or evaluate your existing pc to ascertain the most appropriate upgrade.

PC Builds

We offer a free quotation service which usually involves a discussion of  your requirements. Being a specialist retailer we can design PCs individually rather than just selling  'off the peg' machines. We are happy to take parts from your old PC to use them in your new machine, where appropriate.

Our PCs are all hand built, thoroughly tested and truly upgradeable. In the Codsall area we can offer delivery, set up and training. They come with at least one years warranty on parts, and there is no time limit on after sale service which is not at a premium rate if you choose to phone,

Internet Account Set-Up

We can currently only offer this service for 'dial-up' accounts. We can set up the account either with  the ISP of your choice, with a 'free'  ISP such as  Wanadoo, Tiscali etc. or with a 'Trial' ISP such as AOL. Broadband connections can now be setup once customer has arranged the broadband account, wireless connections/internet sharing, either with customers own parts or with parts supplied by us, is also available.

PC Repairs

We offer a full range of PC repairs. Usually we conduct an initial 'Diagnostic Check' on your PC, from which we estimate the likely cost of repair. We will then contact you for approval before we do any more work. As repairs are dealt with 'In House' we can usually offer fast 'turn-round' times and competitive rates.

Software Installation

We offer a software installation service including loading or reloading of operating systems such as Windows together with all hardware drivers. and any other software supplied by the customer.

Free PC Assessments

If you are thinking of upgrading your existing PC we will take a look at it free of charge, and without obligation. We will then be in a better position to discuss your requirements with you.
